Fractional CMO?

A Fractional CMO is a senior marketing executive who works with your company part-time or on a project basis — giving you C-suite marketing leadership at a fraction of the full-time cost.

Still figuring out if this is right for you? These are the questions I hear most often.

How many hours a week do you work with us? +
It depends on your stage and needs. Most engagements run 2–3 days per week. Some early-stage clients need more intensity upfront (especially during the first 30 days), while more established companies need lighter strategic oversight. We scope this together before signing anything.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency? +
Agencies execute. I lead. An agency produces content, runs ads, or manages campaigns — but someone still needs to set the strategy, align with sales, and be accountable to the board. That's the Fractional CMO role. I often work alongside agencies and manage them on your behalf — and increasingly, I replace them using AI tools that produce the same output faster and cheaper.
How do you use AI in your work? +
AI is built into how I work — not bolted on. I use it for content creation at scale, competitive research, campaign planning, SEO, lead scoring, and reporting. The result: you get the output of a 4–5 person marketing team without the headcount. It's not about replacing human thinking — my strategy and judgment are still human. But AI means the execution is faster, smarter, and more consistent than any traditional setup.
What's the typical engagement length? +
Minimum 3 months — because real marketing results take time and trust. Most clients stay 6–12 months. Some engagements transition into an advisory or part-time board role once the function is built and running.
Do you work with companies outside India? +
Absolutely. I spent 15 years working across the UK, EMEA, APAC, and the US. Most of my experience is with global B2B companies. I'm based in Bengaluru but work across time zones — and am happy to travel for key moments.
What industries do you specialise in? +
